Eric Worre MLM Secrets
This next mlm leader simply rocks in my books… But I am biased because Eric Worre along with Randy Gage were two of my first mentors in Network Marketing!
Where at one time I was with agel and was one of the top income earners there, I had an awesome opportunity to get to know Eric and learn from this network marketing success guru!

Eric is definitely an advocate for the old school warm market business building activities… and rightly so as they do work as he has proven over and over again.
However in recent years I have noticed him making a shift to online Internet network marketing with his Network Marketing pro web site and products.
Eric’s real strengths lie in his great ability at creating systems such as the agel phenomenon video that will allow anyone at any skill set or experience level who truly has the desire to see success to be able to create it in their business as well as duplication in their downline.
Although not what I would call a top recruiter by any means, and I have heard him say the same many times… it is a true testament to his ability to build a team. I can recall numerous times him stressing how he had only recruited 30 some distributors into his downline… but had been able to become one of the top income earners in his network marketing company.
Too many people focus only on recruiting… but that is not where your success in network marketing lies. Mr. Worre said many times that you can not recruit your way to the top… meaning you can not do this on your own… you must have your team engaged doing activities that excite them and create success for them.
He is a huge advocate of building leaders in your organization… dig down through out your network and find those team members who really want success and then go to work with them, helping them reach the level of success they desire and you will of course also see growth in your down line.
