I remember one conversation I had with Randy… we were talking about recruiting and he said something that has stuck with me every since and is a major part of the reason for my success in mlm.
He said and I am paraphrasing here…
“My philosophy is to be always recruiting and to recruit as many people as I can”… he went onto explain how some leaders teach to sponsor only a certain amount of people and then work with them to turn them into leaders… he explained how when you know how to sponsor it is easy and that by the sheer meaning behind sponsoring large amounts of team members, it is inevitable that he will recruit leaders… he will recruit people who do not need him to baby sit them… he will recruit movers and shakers and his business will grow with or without him…
Resulting in true duplication and residual income.
I took this very seriously and I suggest you do also… I figured out a way to recruit massive amount of new prospects … learn to do the same and it is inievitable that your business will explode!
